Deposit

For all our services, we require a minimum deposit of £30 or the cost of the tyre/relevant resources. This is not the same as the callout charge, and may partially cover it. This is to ensure the safety of our staff and security of the booking. We are not liable for any technical issues with payments and issues with transactions should be discussed with your bank or payment provider.

Cancellation

Our minimum callout charge is £60 or amount of deposit, whichever amount is greater. Cancellation after the booking has been made does not guarantee refund of the deposit, and you may be liable to pay the full amount if canceling a booking after the driver has been dispatched.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in this disclaimer will:

limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury;

Return Policy

All new tyres are covered against manufacturing defects throughout the legal life of the tyre. If a manufacturing issue is detected upon fitting the tyres, tyres will be returned to the manufacturer for inspection.

Tyres cannot be returned once fitted, unless a clear manufacturing issue is detected. There is no guarantee or warranty for any tyre provided after driving the vehicle.
